I have years of experience in leadership and team coaching with a strong background in Lean process improvement and problem solving.  Having worked with many organizations, I’ve repeatedly seen how different communication or personality types can make or break an organization’s ability to thrive and grow. 

When leaders and team members gain insight into what motivates them, how they think, and how they communicate, this enables them to leverage their differences as strengths.  I love helping people feel more satisfied personally and at work, and stronger leaders and teams produce better results for their customers. 

SERVICES and METHODS

Enneagram

I use is the Enneagram, a model and assessment tool that uses nine archetypal lenses, or personality types, to help people understand their different motivations, fears, and behaviors.  I apply my skills to help individuals and teams develop insight, gain experience, and grow.  I am an Accredited iEQ9 Integrative Enneagram Practitioner.

Lean Process Improvement and Problem Solving

I use many Continuous Improvement tools to help organizations improve processes and solve problems. This includes things like — developing a culture that supports improvement, mapping processes, A3 problem-solving, managing daily work visually, and measuring results. I work with organizations to help them develop team members internally to be able to continue and maintain improvements over time.

Multi-Disciplinary Approach

The wide variety of my past work experience enables me to pull from many different disciplines as needed. I am a skilled facilitator and coach. I have a Prosci Change Management Certification, and even if a job doesn’t “officially” require change management, I consistently apply the principles to all of my work, focusing on helping people understand what is happening, reducing resistance, and helping them achieve outcomes. I apply project management principles to identify who will do what by when. I also have a mediation….. (insert DRC certificate name?)
