
A Multidisciplinary Approach
The wide variety of my past work experience enables me to pull from many different disciplines as needed. I am a skilled facilitator and coach. I have a Prosci Change Management Certification, and even if a job doesn’t “officially” require change management, I consistently apply the principles to all of my work, focusing on helping people understand what is happening, reducing resistance, and helping them achieve outcomes. I apply project management principles to identify who will do what by when. I also have a mediation….. (insert DRC certificate name?)
Developing People using the Enneagram
The Enneagram is a model and assessment tool that uses nine archetypal lenses, or personality types, to help people understand their different motivations, fears, and behaviors. In today’s world filled with uncertainty, developing personal strength, compassion, and resilience is invaluable. (Ari edit)
